How does per-employee pricing work? +
You pay for however many active employees you have. Add someone mid-month and you'll be prorated. Remove someone and you'll get credit.
Do employees need to pay? +
No. Employees join for free using a team code from their manager. The manager's subscription covers everyone.
What happens after the 14-day trial? +
You'll be asked to add a payment method. If you don't, the account is paused — your data is kept for 30 days.
Can I switch plans? +
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing portal. Changes take effect immediately.
Is employee data private? +
Data is stored on our secure servers. Only managers in your organisation can see employee activity.
